The leader board doesn't look too different than a couple of months ago, but with about a week and a half left for weigh in's people will probably come in with more fish. Good luck!

The North Side has been producing some nice keepers on sea worms none the less! One customer was fishing from his boat right in the channel using sea-worms off the bottom and landed a 47in bass. Tube n'worm has also working out at the fingers.

Bass fishing on the south-side can be hard work. Wednesday at Monomoy Tyler managed to land a 20 pounder jigging a 6 oz red/white Andrus parachute.
Tyler's 36in bass

There were some 3-5 pound bluefish at Monomoy also but they were only being caught when casting slug-gos or metals. We have been hearing reports that Noman's has also been good for bass fishing.

Out at Horseshoe there are still big blues. The smaller blues are all along the Sound beaches from Waquoit to Hyannis. The snapper blues are inside the bays and harbors. You can see them jumping in the Three Bays of Osterville and Cotuit and over at Dowses Beach as well. Still lots of scup being caught at Dowses and in Hyannis using sea worms and squid.

Still not many reports on the funny fish. Same as last week...Hedge Fence fast speed troll a Yo-zuri Deep Diver because the fish aren't on the surface. Let's hope this fall is as good as last year was for the bonito and albies.

The tuna bite has been great out at Crab Ledge and the BC. We heard of one report of and angler trolling squid bars out at the BC buoy and landing a 69in tuna!

Freshwater fishing has been pretty decent! The largemouth have been pretty decent at Long Pond in Centerville. Shiners and nitecrawlers have been working well.

Get out on the water and catch some fish!
